The Clara has open retail space on its main level that has not yet been occupied. Related California wants to wrap the windows of these retail spaces with promotional viynl signage, advertising the available units at The Clara.

The Clara is a luxury highrise property developed by Related California, in Santa Clara. Offering Townhomes and Apartments, The Clara offers its residents high-class ammenties and community.
Over the course of 2 months of communication with the Related California team, I designed 60 window panels that advertised The Clara’s leasing options. I utilized The Clara’s established brand identity, and used Related assets and photography to make a captivating spread to advertise the building. The designs were sent to an outside vendor, and were wrapped across the main floor of the building.
